I currently manage a survivors’ support group on Facebook. I’m certified as a Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper through the QPR Institute and am continuously expanding my knowledge through online courses in energy healing, natural medicine, religion, spirituality, psychology, alternative modalities and self-help resources..

I’ve lived in California my entire life—born in Van Nuys, raised in Reseda, and now residing in Simi Valley. My husband and I have been unofficially separated since 2023; we continue sharing a home, each with our own spaces, along with our two children.

My passions include arts and crafts, photography, self-help practices, and immersing myself in music across diverse genres. I enjoy learning new things, sharing insights and experiences, uplifting others, making people laugh, and witnessing meaningful growth in those around me.
